Office Policies

Rescheduling and cancellations: Please reschedule or cancel appointments a minimum of 3 full days in advance of your consult date. Failure to reschedule will result in a full charge of the full appointment fee. Intake forms are required to be completed 3 days (72 hours) prior to the consult start time; failure to complete the intake form a minimum of 3 days prior to the consult start time will result in a full charge of the full appointment fee and the appointment will be forfeited. All appointment fees are non-refundable.

Appointment Tardiness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session the session will be forfeited. If you miss your scheduled call, you are not eligible for a refund and you will need to book a new appointment. You may want to set aside an extra 15 minutes before your appointment time to get on Google Meet and ensure your technology is setup and ready to go. It's a good idea to have your supplements handy for reference!

Recording of any calls is not permitted. Please ensure you are taking notes as you will not receive any summary notes after the call. It is your responsibility to write down the information shared.

Contact: All communication is to be done via email (info@nevshealth.com). Please do not send client messages through social media, as they are easily missed. Specific protocol or symptoms questions will not be answered by email, those are best addressed in a progress call.

Response Time: Nev will respond to your email within 5 business days (often times, much sooner).
